GOOD CHAIR ASS FITS WELL

Ease of use, and also like the fabric for the chair, a lot better texture then the one we bought 11 years ago.

I wish they had a way to attach the head rest and arm covers without having to use safety pins. I would give it a 5 for features if they attached to the chair.

control is hard to get ahold of, would be better if it had a longer cord to where you could place it in the chair pocket

Petite size for my 4’6” mom. Ease of use & simple remote. Good lift .

Maybe the fabric could be a better quality and the footrest be padded softer.

Backup battery tends to run low quickly just because it is always on when chair is plugged in.
