The Jazzy Carbon 27x has a very solid feel and a balanced, stable seating experience. It is lightweight, compact and easy to maneuver. The chair has a fantastic turn radius (near 180 degrees) and feels like I am simply doing an about face! This is my second power wheelchair and a definite upgrade. I am very happy with the Jazzy Carbon 27x. I will be able to manage loading this chair into my car by myself to take with me whenever I have extra walking to do. I have been using it indoors to get around my apartment. The split foot rests fold out of the way for entering and exiting the chair, as well as for folding the chair itself. The back rest is comfortable and I was able to easily adjust the tension with the velcro straps.

I appreciate your quick responses to my situation of a Golden Technology motorized recliner that has stopped working three different occasions in June and July 2026. My 94 year old mother with dementia uses it day and night and has patiently endured uncomfortable positions while waiting for replacement remotes. After the original remote broke, I received a remote that stopped working after two weeks. The remote was hot so I unplugged the chair because the remote was a fire/electric hazard. I received another remote and it lasted for a week and was also warm. I researched and discovered these problems with the recently sent remotes might likely be due to a faulty motor or control box. I discussed this with an agent and then a technician and am very pleased I received needed items today July 30. I am looking forward to a technician who will install the items needed for the chair to work again. Thank you to all the agents and technicians who answered my phone calls over the last two months.
