What is White Glove Delivery?
White Glove Delivery is a premium delivery option available on some items. When you choose White Glove Delivery your new product is delivered into your home at a time that you schedule, set up, tested in the place you request and all packaging materials are removed.

White Glove Delivery is perfect for people who prefer additional assistance with the delivery of their new lift chair, scooter or power wheelchair. SpinLife strongly suggests White Glove Delivery for people purchasing products to be delivered to out-of-town family members or friends who may need assistance getting their product into their home, unpacked, and set up.

Here is what you can expect with White Glove Delivery:
  1. Your product will be shipped from the manufacturer to a local agent in your area.
  2. The agent will inspect the product to ensure it has arrived in perfect condition and functions properly.
  3. The agent will contact you to schedule a delivery time for your item.
  4. At the agreed upon delivery time, the agent will:
    • bring your new mobility product into your home
    • unpack it completely
    • set it up where you request
    • test it to ensure that everything is functioning properly
    • remove any packaging materials
Please note: White Glove Delivery generally adds 5-7 days to the total delivery time of your item. This time may be extended further or unavailable in certain remote and rural areas. Collapse panel
What can I do to prepare for delivery?
To prepare for your White Glove Delivery please assess if you need to do any of the following:

Clear a path: Check out the path leading from the entry door to the delivery area. Please remove or secure rugs, cables, cords, gates, or anything else that may cause the White Glove Agent to trip.

Pets: We love your fur-babies too, but please ensure all pets are safely removed from the delivery area for both the safety of them and the Agent.

Contact Phone Number: Please ensure SpinLife has the best phone number to reach you. Occasionally, people prefer that a loved one or caregiver is called to assist with the delivery.

Receive the Delivery: You'd be surprised how many people aren't at home when their delivery is scheduled. You'll agree upon a delivery time with the White Glove Agent. An authorized adult 18+ will need to be present to accept the delivery. Our Agents are not allowed to leave your unit outside, on back porches, in garage doors left open etc.

Notes:

Packaging: If you're at all unsure of the unit once it's unboxed ask your delivery Agent to keep the packaging or have them put it somewhere for you to store. You'll need it if you decide to return your product. (Many of our products are shipped on pallets and with large boxes and strapping which can be very expensive to acquire if needed). Collapse panel
How will I be notified when my order ships?
When your item ships you'll receive an email. Your item will be shipped directly to your assigned White Glove Agent. Once received, and inspected for any shipping damage, your White Glove Agent will call you directly to arrange a delivery time. Collapse panel
How much will the service cost?
White Glove Delivery costs vary by unit due to size and complexity of the unit. The cost for an individual item can be found on their product page. Collapse panel
