Strengths: Width is okay And height is okay.

    Weaknesses: Short seat depth.

Strengths: The only plus is the heating feature.

Reviewer: geneva y. from ukiah, ca

User Details: Female, 83 years of age. Bad back and weak legs.

Strengths: Nice look, fabric looks nice and color is just what I wanted.

Weaknesses: The vibrator is not what I expected..can hardly feel it and it only can be felt on a person's bottom. I am very disappointed. You might look into Lazy Boy's patent on vibrators and heat. I did not get the "white glove" treatment I paid for.

User Details: A 97-year old frail lady.

Strengths: Its functions are as advertised.

Weaknesses: Even the two button remote is not easy enough for someone with short-memory challenges. Also, if even moved slightly the back section goes off track.

Strengths: The heating element is wonderful. Electric movement is also a plus.

Weaknesses: The memory foam is uncomfortable. The arms are not padded well. The massage is not comfortable. If I could return the chair, I would. With white glove delivery, I do not have the packaging.

User Details: Have RA, Gout and no cartridge in either knee.

Strengths: It is very well-cushioned so is comfortable to sit in.

Weaknesses: The heat in the back does not work and the heat in the seat is so hot on low that it burns my legs. The heat feature was a major part of me ordering this chair. I am not very happy as I use the heat a lot for extreme kidney stone pain.

    Strengths: Very quiet.

Weaknesses: One of the buttons makes a loud pop when you move in chair. This was like this when it arrived. Very annoying and poor workmanship! Also, the hand control has no way of shutting of lights.
