The Vice President of Sales & Service, is responsible for setting sales goals, developing strategies to meet those goals, and driving performance metrics to deliver profitable growth. Leads, motivates, develops, and manages the Sales, Customer Service and Service & Repair team of SpinLife.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cultivate, motivate, and drive strong consultative selling culture throughout the organization by building up and maintaining team's knowledge and expertise in DME domain.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a diverse sales organization ensuring they have everything they need to fulfill our objectives of growth.
- Pivotal to build profitable customer relationships through selling products and services, ultimately contributing to the overall profitability of SpinLife.
- Develop and make critical decisions, manage budgets, sales plans, and strategies to achieve sales objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver on the brand promise to improve the lives of people with disabilities and mobility limitations by enabling them to actively participate in everyday life.
- Build aggressive KPIs to hold all teams accountable in driving results.
- Partner with IT to drive efficiency through process enhancements through business optimization projects.
- Evolve sales & service team structure as customer segments evolve.
- Work within executive team to identify/execute new business opportunities, process enhancements.
- Responsible for the P&L of the service and delivery team.
- Promote SpinLife products and services. Monitor sales activities, track market activity, and identify areas for improvement.

JOB PURPOSE:

JOB PURPOSE:
The SpinLife Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for executing on the strategy developed by the Vice President of Sales and Services. They will manage the day-to-day operations of the sales (Product Expert) organization to optimize the best sales opportunity by delivering a dynamic world-class sales service to our customers through our sales team. They are the advocates for the sales (Product Expert) team and the champion for creating a positive work environment & world-class sales service culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales (Product Expert) team and provide high-level communication to the VP of Sales & Service along with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Recruit, retain, develop, and motivate staff to continuously learn through a supportive and collaborative approach; Set objectives; establish priorities; support upskilling; manage talent; and monitor/evaluate results.
- Manage and oversee new employee on-boarding training activities to ensure employees are productive and operate to established performance standards within 90 days.
- Manage the sales (Product Expert) team's schedule with fairness, long-lead visibility to ensure our abandon rate is to the absolute minimum.
- Monitor & measure sales performance of each individual sales associate. Leverage the high performers and provide guidance and training for others.
- Collaborate with Finance to provide transparent commission reports on bi-weekly basis to motivate and to gain consensus with team members.
- Deliver direct feedback to each sales (Product Expert) associate by monitoring their sales calls to ensure we are adhering to our policies and procedures and providing the best possible service to our customers.
- Partner with merchandising to develop and deliver on-going product training to ensure our sales team has industry best product knowledge.
- Communicate with cross-functional partners of the sales team developments and partner with the merchandising team to identify opportunities for products and/or services. Be the voice of the customer.
- Work with department leaders and VP of Sales & Service, to develop annual Goals and Objectives for both entire sales organization and each individual team member.

They will play a key role in creating short and long form stories, measuring our promotional campaigns and expanding our content offering for our SpinLife brands including developing and sourcing externally. Will also work to engage, inspire and recruit online community to take part in brand offerings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, integrate and execute publishing of digital marketing campaigns to drive against established core KPIs on our various social platforms to bring brand voice to life.
- Work with the marketing team to construct comprehensive digital strategic plans to grow positive consumer sentiment, impressions, engagement as well as generate new followers across platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and merchandising to deploy promotional storylines and segment key audiences for deployment daily, weekly, monthly basis.
- Partner with manufactures, influencers and other brands to extend storylines and fuel engagement across digital ecosystem.
- Oversee development, cataloging and implantation of creative sourced from photo shoots, UGC, manufacturers and creative agency to establish end use content throughout the retail season.
- Establish brand voice and guidelines to ensure accurate and consistent representation of the brand on all digital properties and channels that resonates with our consumer base.
- Partner with the extended agency marketing team to measure and report performance of digital campaigns and assess against business and/or campaign objectives on daily and weekly basis.
