I love the positions of the chair, I love where the remote control is located.

The only thing I could complain about is that the arm covers do not stay put. No big deal, though!

I am a 77 year old female. I have a bad back and bad knees, making it hard for me to get up. This chair makes it so easy.

Ease of use.

The control unit light is great but I wish it had an off switch or lower brightness at night.

Looks and feels great. Quality is well above other lift chairs I looked at, for a lot less money.

First, it was better then expected, the delivery service was second to none. The quality of the chair and features/design are top notch.

Leather fabric removed the concerns about keeping the recliner clean. Color is perfect.

Wish I could have separate control buttons rather than just up and down buttons.

80 year old man. Use chair for lift. Spend most nights sleeping in chair. Most comfortable. Have arthritis in spine, problems sleeping lying down.

Nice look, fabric looks nice and color is just what I wanted.

The vibrator is not what I expected..can hardly feel it and it only can be felt on a person's bottom. I am very disappointed. You might look into Lazy Boy's patent on vibrators and heat. I did not get the "white glove" treatment I paid for.

Well put together..very sturdy and comfortable. Heat and massage feature is wonderful.

Only thing I wish is that it was a bit larger of a seat, otherwise no weaknesses.

I am a female..age 83 years old. Have very bad knees, and my feet are not swollen by using this chair. Easy to get in and out of.

Its functions are as advertised.

Even the two button remote is not easy enough for someone with short-memory challenges. Also, if even moved slightly the back section goes off track.
