Husband, dementia, 75 years old. I need to help him sometimes with the control.
Dad loves it & tells everyone about it
It is very comfortable with good support and is very easy to use, just an up and a down button, good for people who cannot figure out how to use things
It is a good product. I do not think there are any weaknesses.

Nice chairs. Look good with my room. Color is as expected.
I really like the back design so that you don't sink into a hole with your neck all bent like the Golden chair we purchased.
I slide forward so much that I have to lean the chair back to be comfortable. I've taken the legs off of the back and put something under the front but haven't solved the problem.

Stroke patient. Seventy three years of age with good mental health. Both patient and caregiver bought a chair.

It is so easy to use. I do like this chair a lot and would recommend it.
I worry about the wear on the upholstery and the fabric.
carol r. from wappingers falls, ny
My neck and left shoulder were injured in an accident, sometimes making getting in and out of chair difficult.
I do slide on this chair.
The beauty of it. I ordered the medium; I think the small would have been better.
Don't like the green lights on the adjuster. A little too deep.

Being able to help me out of the chair
Nothing
pat l. from advance, nc
Female age 75 suffering from stroke and quite disabled.
My daughter would slide out of the chair.
Nice looking, nice chair for very short people; just not handicapped people.
For my daughter the fabric was slippery . She has limited movement on her left side and can't control her sitting position so when she would start to slide she couldn't reposition herself.
aileen b. from stuttgart, ar (caregiver)
Quality chair though not suitable for my handicapped daughter.
Good product.
Easy to use, good quality.
Massager and heat pad. Does not do good job. Massager is weak, heat pad does not get very warm.
