Comfortable and safe.
Very comfortable for a short person, easy to put yourself into a standing position.
Can't let you sit more in an upright position while lifting your feet, you have to recline.

I am the user of this chair. I got the Heritage Petite Wide chair because I am 63, 4'11" with wide hips. I have arthritis very bad in both knees.

Width and ease of use
The color does NOT mastch the website description and is more green than brown. I was really disappointed because it does NOT work well in my living room! I could not afford to send it back!

It is one great chair
It is really comfortable and the lift is so gentle but still strong enough that I am not afraid that it will stall on me
I really wish that the head prt would go all of the way down so I could lie absolutelym flat. The way it is I have to put a small pillow under my neck

Not a smooth ride and too hard to sit in.
It doesn't look too bad, sitting in the living room.
If I made chairs, I would not make this bottom of the line chair. I would concentrate on the ones with more features and better construction (more padding).
