Fast, maneuverable, efficient.
Breakdown capabilities, battery protection.

I had hoped the scooter broke down a little further (the platform from the drive) but I am otherwise quite happy.
Excellent product, durable and meets all needs for the user
Easy to maneuver in tight spaces. Reliable and well made.
Battery is wired to machine, would be better if it had a simple plug in system like the GoGo Ultra. Also, like the Ultra, the travel pro uses a pin to lock the rear wheels to the frame, an auto lock is much easier

I use it, I have mobility issues and the Travel pro is perfect for me my husband takes it in and out of our SUV easily.
Does what the user needs it to do. Reliable.
Good battery life per charge. Charges reasonably quickly.
Wheel base is a little tight. A bit worrisome in tight hallway turns (Tipping - though that hasn't happened as yet)

Good product for the money.
Lightweight, holds charge very well, comfortable.
Variable speed doesn't work. Battery plug in is hard to unplug.

75 years old. Cancer of lungs, neuropathy in both feet, congestive heart disease.
Excellent product and company service.
It is easy to ride, seat is very comfortable and adjusting the tiller is easy. The size is great for me at 4"11 inches. Easy assembly and disassembly. Battery charges well. The service personnel has been great.
I was having trouble getting started on a ride until a spcecialist told me to turn the scooter off then back in. That works great very time. The battery is very heavy and I have to take it inside to charge because you cannot use an extension cord.

I am 78 years and no longer drive a vehicle. Having some independence back was important.
Useful and dependable for travel for seniors.
Comfortable and durable seat. Key on top with bright display. Battery can be charged on unit. Longer lasting battery charge.
It is not as stable as the scout 3 wheel ecv, the battery connection to the ecv is stiff and not as convenient as the way the connection worked on Scout model. Also the seat is so much heavier but it is sturdier and more comfortable. The leg room length is shorter than scout model, making it less stable, easier to tip on uneven surfaces or if rider leans one way or the other to reach or bend. Hard to connect battery or disconnect from unit.
