Outstanding adjustable Hospital Bed
Goes high enough to save my back as caregiver and goes low enough to be able to get in and out of bed easily. Has made a difference with my husband's breathing problems and swelling in legs. Very comfortable for me as well. Easy to operate, fairly quiet, slow, but very helpful. Hoping this product will serve us well for many years.
Biggest weakness I have found is that the emergency button to lower the bed in case of power outage is located where I have to physically get on the floor and under the bed to reach it! At 76 that is not easy to do and possibly not safe. Have to hold it the whole time and when the bed is at the lowest point not much room for me under there. A larger person could be trapped because once lowered the bed can not be raised back up. Unfortunately I found this out just after the bed was delivered due to a delivery error. Wish that I had ordered the longer version of the Queen bed. We are not super tall people, but once the bed is adjusted it becomes significantly shorter and our feet tend to hang off the end. There wasn't any option for sheets at the extended length, so I did not really consider that option. I thought it would be too difficult and expensive to obtain bedding. After using this bed for a couple weeks I do wish I had made the decision to go with the longer bed.

This bed works well and will allow our parent to remain...
It is a more modern looking bed versus one that may appear to be a hospital or nursing home bed. The bed allows flexibility of moving up and down for the height of a user, along with being able to elevate an individual's head and/or feet, along with the use of handrails, if needed.
The rails are a bit challenging for an older person to move up and down, making sure they are back in/locked into their spot. But it is nice having the option to place the rails up or down, as needed by an individual.

The bed rail is too big and clunky and not the right size for me to use easily

Quality made Lift Bed
Strong frame, nice optional massage unit, wireless remote, battery back and lift height.
Wish had more than one year warranty. Need to make sure end user gets to check out mattress before unwrapping. Not mattress I needed and unwrapped so no option to exchange.

Male,57, who needed height adjustable bed so could use now with weak legs, with help. Then use in future as able to get Hoyer lift under bed.
It's a very good bed
The legs can be moved up and down, in addition to the standard head, and lowering/raising the entire bed. Beth was also great to work with. She helped me with several phone calls and did lots of research for me to find the best item for my father. Thanks!

The bed was for my 85 year old father. He is 6'5"and needed the extra tall bed. He was in a hospital bed with head and foot boards before.this bed
Confortable, easy to sit up and lay down.
Like the firmness Ease of operation
Would like to lower bed with mattress to 10-12" from floor and be able to raise to 30" height. Also that bed would not move horizonal when lower and raising of bed.

Quality bed that is easy to use and comfortable
The gel foam mattress is very comfortable. It is easy to move the bed up-and-down or to change the position of the head and foot of the bed. The bed works with my wall-to-wall carpet. The casters lock securely.
The mechanisms that raise the head and foot of the bed made it difficult to use a hoyer lift but it is doable. You will have to narrow the legs of the lift and then raise the bed in order to get past the mechanisms.
