Does not meet size and functional needs.
Seat width is good for user's size. Chair is nice-looking and fabric quality is good.
Chair back is not high enough. Recline and footrest functions are combined so user cannot raise feet without leaning far back. Chair only raises up, does not tilt forward.

76 year old male, 6'3", 330 lbs. Reduced mobility in left leg and foot making it difficult to rise from seated position.
The extra width makes it work as a sleep chair
Mostly the extra size
Cannot have legs all the way up and be in fully sitting up position Disappointed that I am still waiting for my overpayment refund

Holds a larger person and lifts heavy Lymphedema legs.
You have to lower the head at the same time as lifting the legs. The XL does not seem long enough for my husband who is about 6 foot. Part of his feet dangle.

neither chair did what the description said it would do.
They are pretty.
They don't do what the brochure said they would do.

I ordered two different lift chairs from Spinlife. I returned both these chairs. Neither chair was up to my specifications. I was very disappointed
Lumbar support too much; not enough positioning options.
Wide seat for wide bodies.
Needs independent movement of back and footrest.

It is very strong and well built. The height is so perfect, I hardly have to make it go all the way up.
First thing, the light on the remote is way too bright and should be able to dim. I have to hide it or cover it up. Having a separate remote for the massage and heat is a little more complicated and the noise level from the massage function is too loud.

I bought this sight unseen but it doesn't fit my body well,...
It is a big, well made, and heavy duty chair - is Relatively fast motion when powered.
Angle of back is extreme. This needs to be user settable with bolts. Even though the seat height is great, the seat is too long for me to reach the chair back. Need to be separate motors for control of leg position and the chair back.

To be honest, I really haven't found any other than the twin motors.
Everything except the motors!

Chair is hard as a rock and very uncomfortable!
none
Way to hard and very hard to get comfortable in. When you recline the arms have a big gap and there is nowhere to rest your arms.

Handicapped with two artificial knees and numerous other surgeries.
Chair seems to be good quality, but it is uncomfortable.
It is sturdy. The motor is powerful enough for it's job. The fabric seems to be good quality. Seat is wide enough for anyone.
Seat back forces head forward causing neck pain. Seat is slightly too high, too hard and uneven.
