Doesn’t not recline properly
It’s a strong, well built recliner.
I have a chair that I bought in 2022 and that one reclines gradually with the head and feet. I wanted another chair for our family room. This new one reclines at the same time. As soon as my feet go up , my head goes back. I’m immediately laying out flat. It’s very difficult to sit up and socialize. I called the service department to see if there was a setting that could be changed and they said no. It’s how it’s made and they get alot of complaints.

Not comfortable. Handset cheaply made.
I think the motor that lifts you completely off the floor is the strength of this chair.

I'm a 62-year-old woman, who is disabled. This chair helps me to get up and off the chair. It's not very comfortable to sleep in. The handset broke
(No headline provided)
it is plenty wide enough for a heavier person
should have a remote to control the back and a remote to control the foot rest

My mother is chair bound. She finds the chair to be very rigid, too firm n when foot rest is up the back does not stay in sitting position.
Maybe
this is my second chair over the last 10 years and NOTHING has been done to make the chair better
Having to do everything with my arms putting weight on the wooden arms causes them to come apart from the frame. Having the controls on a cord is a pain. Had this chair a couple of weeks now and I hear metal to metal and other times its wood banging.

wheelchair bound-- everything is a transfer
It's not user-friendly.
Its heavy-duty and well made. It's simple and therefore has less to go wrong with it. The standard fabric is waterproof and sturdy and is very attractive.
The controls have extremely short cords. I have lymphoma and have to twist my arms backwards to operate the lift and massage features. I would not have purchased it for this reason alone.

I am a 60 year old woman with multiple physical disabilities and catncer.
Not happy with the chair.
Weight capacity.
Seat width not enough and footrest doesn't support heaviness of legs and slips down. Also doesn't raise feet as much as I would like.
