I wish the back was sturdier and provided more support.
Ease of use.
As stated above the back should provide much more support.

nice chair, sturdy, rolls easily
simple and straightforward
1 inch wider than its predecessor, despite same seat width, complicates entry thru narrow doorways, e.g. bathroom doors.

Young man in his 30's with spina bifida who is a golf instructor in Florida. The chair will be put thru it's paces.
Exactly as expected as I am very familiar with the product.

60 year old. Paraplegic.
The spoked drive ring is a definite negative.
Better ride.
The drive ring is spoked as opposed to all one piece which is easier to grab. The spokes are like grabbing a bicycle wheel to start or stop with (inconvenient). Other than that, it is okay.
