Disappointed/Aggravated
Arm pads are comfortable.
Hand rims leave nasty black marks on my hands and I have cleaned them with different products with no help. Wheelchair feels shaky when turning corners and does not feel solidly assembled. Very disappointed with this purchase.

51yo female with MS, unable to walk but can stand to transition to bed or chair.
Third chair. This one is grossly inferior and unsafe.
Not provided
Wheels don't match the frame and the handrails have raw metal edges where they were never soldered.

Bent frame due to being custom; it has been a pain to try to get it replaced. We are now waiting for a new one

I have MD and use the chair to get around. I had another Tracer IV and loved it, I don't like this one at all.
Seat too narrow for a 350-450 pound person!
It is a well built wheel chair for the price.
Seat size (20-24 inches wide) does not come near the size of a 350-450 pound person, no matter if it is a tall person or an obese person.

Bourg Lions Club loans wheelchairs out to the public in our community until the person can obtain one from Medicare, etc.
Brakes are awful & wheels are hard to move.
The seat is comfortable and the back rest is much appreciated.
The brakes are stiff and backwards, hard to lock & unlock. The wheels are very hard to move. The chair is extremely hard for me to get around in. I'm very disappointed.

I am 56 years old and have had MS since 1979. I still walk but fall often so use the chair in the home and wheel myself around.
