I can take my chair anywhere I want and have the freedom to then "drive" myself and no one has to Push me in the store, etc.
Sometimes in the parking lot we can not find a place long enough to let it down. It is long because it is on a truck.

Excelllent
Works well as designed
Locking pin that keeps it upright is difficult to insert. The apparatus used to keep the unit from rattling loosened up on it's own. It is difficult to adjust it properly.

a very good product!
mostly ease of use. I can fold it up and down fairly easy. it is sturdy and I'm not worried about it not holding the heavy chair in loading or carrying the chair.
the only thing bad about the product is I have a very hard time pulling the pin to unfold the ramp and then putting it back in to hold the ramp upright.
