The product lift gate pins are hard to align in place. The 48 inch carrier length is not long enough. It should be 6 ft.

User Details: Wife has MS. Can't walk

Strengths: Heavy steel, good length on ramp. Cheaper than an Electric ramp.

Weaknesses: Loose fit on receiver. Heavy for an older person to lift into storage position. NO License plate holder, had to make one up.

Reviewer: douglas b. from eagan, mn

User Details: 64 year old male trying to stay active despite COPD and neuropahty

Strengths: It is sturdy and with some modification works beautifully

Weaknesses: When installed according to directions it is spectacularly unstable. Wobbles from side to side, and probably isn't safe for my power chair. A $57 add on from a trailer hitch store (A J-pin stabilizer pin) made it completely stable and very nice to use.
