Weight. Rear wheels are too slick for the brakes to be effective on capret. I need the brakes to hold when I rise from a seated position. Also needs a cup holder.

I am 71 . Having had 20 bone /joint surgeries from ankle to the skull bone and a visious onset of artheritus, I needed an ambulatory assist.

The walker is so well made can't say enough about that next to other walkers I've seen there is no comparison.

Folding to fit in a trunk is always an issue but don't know how that could be improved upon. Haven't needed repairs so don't know how easy or pricry that might be.

THE SIZE AND STABILITY OF THE UNIT IS WONDERFUL. IT FEELS SO SECURE UNDER MY HANDS. I LOVE THE LARGE WHEELS WHICH ENABLE ME TO WALK AROUND MY 3 ACRE PROPERTY WITH EASE AND HAVE A PLACE TO REST WHEN I GET THERE. I USE IT ENDLESSLY AROUND THE HOUSE, WHILE GROOMING, IN THE KITCHEN, ETC.

It is easy to navigate in the house and fits through most doorways. Built strong and works well outdoors. Appreciate the fact that there is an 800# to call regarding questions or repairs.

The seat is slippery. I need to use a rubber backed pad in order not to slip off. I also feel the seat could be wider and more comfortable. I don't use the back rest cause it makes the seating area smaller. The seat is very hard after a while makes sitting uncomfortable.
