The light weight (with battery out)- very comfortable seat - great turning radius - I can load scooter alone (with battery out) even without detaching rear wheels - Large rear basket option which we purchased. Powerful battery is a plus - we can use it all day and still have plenty of power when time to go back to the car & leave

Front basket too small - if we didn't purchase the optional rear basket - we wouldn't have enough storage. Lack of battery cover other than the black nylon bag. Consider plastic battery cover to match the scooter - the black bag doesn't look the greatest. A bit tippy even with the extra dolly wheels in back - I realize this trait comes with 3 wheel scooters as opposed to 4 wheel type.

My wife & I are in our late 60's (retired)- We are not disabled- Up until now we only had one scooter ("Zip R" Brand) my wife used it and I walked

It's not heavy, I can fit it in the back of my vehicle and it runs great.
