Affordable price, ease of transport,user friendly controls, nice looking machine, quiet, yet plenty of power with adjustable speed

Although my mother has not had any problems with it, has not even mentioned it, I feel you should be able to turn the speed down just a bit more, or maybe a "softer" start

The only weakness I have found is that there is very little room for your feet and leg length. I am only 4'11 inches tall.

The overall quality of Pride products and the benefit of having new batteries along with a reassuring year's worth of in-home support/insurance.

The only weakness is that it's a 3 wheel instead of a 4 wheel, but that was by choice, so it's not a true weakness, only an end user rationalization due to price, mostly.
