Love it so far, the low speed is a little fast foe me, I am 81 years old and like it slower. A clicking noise when I go from reverse to forward??

AN 83 YR OLD WOMAN WITH COPD, CHF, DIABETES,BEEN WITH HOSPICE TWICE. CAN NOT STAND LONG AND WALKING IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT.
Very hard to disassemble, connecting plugs won't come out...
Light, easy to maneuver.
Difficult to disassemble, connecting plugs are hard to remove so it can be placed into trunk of car.
