This is a nice chair and you will be happy with it.
It travels in the grass well. Has good speed. Comfortable to sit in.
The control panel is very touchy you have to get used to it. I do NOT like that it does not want to go over small bumps. In our home our bedroom floor is just a little lower than the kitchen floor. It does not want to go up the incline. I do not like that. If there is a way to make it not so sensitive I don't know how. Going up any kind of small slope is a problem. Maybe this is something that can be corrected by the springs I don't know yet.

55 year female, both knees need to be replaced. can stand or walk short distances. I use the chair inside home and outside.
It is a very sturdy chair that performs well.
Comfort, stability, ease of use.
My chair failed during the first week due to a problem in the motor/brake assembly. Replacement parts were not readily available so they gave me a new chair. It performs flawlessly. I would highly recommend it.

age 62, can stand ans walk a few feet with a walker. severe arthritus in back and hip.
It is reliable and really goes.
It is sturdy and indistructable. It goes a long way on one battery charge. It has given me new freedom and a new lease on life. I can get out after being homebound for years!
The wide version of the chair does not fit through a standard door. The steering is over sensitive and takes some time to get used to on the higher speed setting.

Class Machine
Easy to adjust just about anything on this machine. Overall it works great. The rep that set it up (Tom) was excellent. The salesman (Jeff) was excellent also.
Haven't found any yet, just started using the machine.

the chair is great
easy to maneuver--very quiet
my seat is much larger than needed--I followed your measuring instructions, but the fit is not what I would have desired--thereby affecting manuverabilty and making it harder to load into a vehicle.
