It's a great product with one exception.
This product is well built structure wise. The seat comfort is excellent my wife says.
The folding seat is very hard to adjust. When the seat back is folded down it's very hard to get back put. Something seems to be sticking and I can't figure out what it is.I think there may be something wrong with the lever on the side of the seat.

This was bought for my wife, she is disabled and can't walk is all I will say.
It appears to be a well constructed chair.
It is easy to use Can deal with normal usage with few problems.
I have almost tipped the device over twice and there appears to be some stability issues. The speed controller is very touchy. It takes a while to recharge the batteries.

Turns in a small area.
1. Seat is not comfortable. It is not long enough to support your thighs. 2. The seat for me should be softer. 3. The horn should be louder. 4. Would like better traction.
