Nice product
Simple and effective design (we got the fold-up model); so far works very well for our needs; will see how it holds up over time
Poor directions (more diagrams would be nice), but didn't take us too long to set up; manufacturer seems to be focused on covering themselves against returns rather than customer service (e.g. if part is missing must be reported immediately or they won't pay for it instead of being willing to make it right if they have left out a part)

nice
good and strong the power chair rides well on it.
Could use some lights on it. The ramp could be longer for a more gradual incline, so the chair would go up easier.

see ending coments. overall a very nice ramp.
it's okay if you have someone to help you w/it
since medicare doesn't pay for this type of thing,it's an affordable way to have some independence right now
it drags at some points (going over dips & in drive ways) its ackward to handle & secure you definately need someone to help you

It works if you need to transport an electric wheelchair.
It folds up when not in use. It carries the electric wheelchair well. It is made well.
I didn't realize that I needed to install stronger shocks on my Hydundai Santa Fe because of the weight. Also, it takes two people to work it.

My Husband is 65 yrs old and has congestive heart failure, pulmonary fibrous, degenerative arithitis, diabetic, and tyroid cancer.
works well for his Jazzy and pickup truck
adapts to the receiver hitch of the truck
fold down ramp is a little heavy and it rattles

Way too labor intensive!
The metal is sturdy.
Requires a lot of muscle and finesse to use. Once scooter is on, someone has to strap it to the lift. The website said class II or III hitch necessary, but it comes ready for a class II, so if you have a class III you will have to go buy an dapter, etc. There is still a great deal of "play" once you start driving.

It is too heavy & had poor assembly instructions. it's not...
It works okay
It needs a lip on the ramp. I have to carry a board to act as a mini ramp.

Terrific
The ease in which I as the caregiver am able to operate and use it. I find it easy to put down and load the wheelchair or the scooter onto and have no problems with it.
The only weakness I have found is that we do have to be careful manuvering down or up driveways. We intend in the future to put airshocks onto our car to prevent this problem.

This has now allowed my husband to go on shopping sprees with me. No more stuck in the car waiting for me. It is wonderful.
good buy but needs some tweeking
I love that it flips up when scooter is not in use. Original setup is easy for 2 people, cumbersome for 1. For most part scooter is easy to load.
Mfg needs to beef up their paint quality. I've only had it 1 month and wear parts on hitch & tiedown points are rusting. Hitch pin and spring lock holes don't line up, making it necessary to tourque the frame a bit to lock down.

My 65 year old husband has COPD. We purchased a Buzzaround 4-wheeler to increase his mobility. Needed something better than ramps into the back of o
This gives us the freedom to travel again. Thank You
The lift is easy to operate
I'm not sure it has one.
