BUILT STRONG, TAKES MY HEAVY WEIGHT FINE...
IF ANY, I WOULD SUPECT THE UP-DOWN CONTROL, THIS IS MY 4th CHAIR AND THE HAND CONTROL WAS THE ONLY PROBLEM.

I NEED THE CHAIR TO HELP ME UP AFTER MY 2 KNEE REPLACEMENTS.
Meets most of her needs.
Overall quality seems to be quite good.
This chair is pretty hard as far as comfort to the average weight user. However, to Ms. Donaldson it is comfortable. The only issue we did not consider was the depth of the chair and her legs being as large as they are. Ms. Donaldson can not sit back far enough in a sitting position are in a lifted position to be in a comfortable position as far as her head being at the top of the chair. We have to position her in a lying position and have her draw her legs up and push against someones hands which is difficult because of her weight. She cannot sit in the chair comfortably without help. This should be something that could be shared with others purchasing a chair for an overweight person. The largeness of ones legs do not allow a person to push there posterior far enough back in the seat. Thank You Jason for your help with ordering this chair.

The motors are very quiet. The seat width is perfect.
The seat depth is too long. I had to buy a memory foam wedge to use behind my back. As for the seat, it’s so uncomfortable that I had to buy another wedge to sit on. When I sit for about 30 minutes, my tailbone hurts so bad I have to get up. This chair wasn’t made for comfort. You would think a chair that costs this much would be comfortable. Plus the cost of the wedges… It doesn’t make sense.

I am 76 years old. I have a problem getting up out of a chair.
Helps elevate legs.
Enables one to recline to a comfortable position and assists with standing for use with walker. Helps get legs up to allow better circulation.
Would be nice if it reclined more for a napping position. Motors seem to shift side to side when lowering.

One line is not enough to describe how much I like this...
More than anything else it was the people who sold it to me, dedicated, so much strength. I felt very comfortable dealing with them
There's no need to order other than the stock fabric , it comes right away with a stock fabric, and you have to wait for 5 weeks if it's not stock fabric

Age 80 and no more straining to get out of the chair!
Week back support in lumbar area
2 motors
When reclining your butt hits wood. The back does not have good lumbar support, the seat foam should be thicker. Not very comfortable in a full reclined position.
