I like the one I got that folds up when not in use. I am very short and small and I have no problem handling the weight of this product.

What is needed badly is side rails on the ramp. The first time I tried to put the electric wheel chair on it, I drove it off the rammp. It also needs some type of tie downs. I think I have read all of my complaints on the website. It seems to be alot of the same complaints, but reguardless of my complaints, I still love it.

Fairly easy to operate - One needs a degree of muscle strength to raise the lift when empty. I believe that it exceeded my expectations on the quality of construction - very solid and quiet. Don't even know it is back there most of the time.

Should come with tie downs - I'm still not satisfied with my procedure - but it is improving with use. I wish that the mesh floor was just a tad bit heavier duty ... our chair is quite heavy and it almost makes it sag.
