This chair is everything I hoped it would be!
Comfort is this chair's #1 strength.
I wish the remote spent more time up on the chair than falling onto the floor.

I'm a 72 year old 'voluptuous' woman who inherited the RA (rheumatoid arthritis) gene from my mother AND my father.
Extremely sturdy chair
It seems well built and sturdy.
None that I'm aware of; time will tell.

Nice quality.
Ordered on-line. Delivered to the house. Timeline from date of order to delivery was short.

A good product for the price.

It is a good chair, except my chair has had the frame fixed...
Footrest is all covered. When it isn't, my legs get caught in the opening and get cut
Not enough padding in arms and seat; I have added one pillow and a twin size egg carton mattress topper folded over for extra cushion; need better way to keep control pad on arm. I use a large safety pin

It's a little wobbly when almost all the way down or for the first few inches when it's raising up. I'm concerned about the longterm function of the lift part of the chair.

Chair has yet to work
Chair still doesn't work
The white glove treatment is a lie. I got someone who didn't know anything about the chair so he basically just delivered it and left and I've had to fight just to get someone out here to get it to run. As it stands, I will never buy or recommend another product from SpinLife.

Comfortable chair. fabric is nice..
Does not work consistently. Not quality parts. Motors are easily pushed out of sync and it is very difficult to reset them back in sync.

For me its like sitting in a high chair. My feet cannot touch the floor, the chair is too high. The small of my back does not rest against the back of the chair. It's nicely made, but not comfortable for me. I sat in it for 10 min and had to get out of it. May sell it or keep it for my husband. Sorry.
