well built, sturdy, easy to use, can lock it in place (I need that to help me stand up), I can use it as a chair. I like it height. It is easier to get up from it as compared to chairs which usually are much lower and some don't have armrests (I avoid using such chairs.

Makes a creaking noise when I put weight on the handles. It makes noise in the church as I need to move around and is embarrassing.
