Coiled cord - need to recharge after every 5 to 6 uses. Would be nice if unit came with a spare remote to have a charged one on hand always.

Ease of set up and easy to use, quality product.

Base is too big can't get it far enough back in tub, so there is not much leg room once you are down in tub.

Works well in our deep bathtub. My husband who has progressive ms can use this, saving us for now, the expense of a total bathroom remodel. He literally could not bathe without this and requires not much assistance from me.

Cover could offer more padding. Tends to slide off when transferring. Other than that, not major weaknesses.

1. COULD US A SIMPLE CLIP TO HOLD THE LOWER AND UPPER HALF TOGETHER FOR TRANSPORT. 2. A SLIGHTLY LARGER POWER SUPPLY. OURS SHUTS DOWN FOR A WHILE CAUSING CONCERN IF IT WILL START BACK UP. TO MY HANDICAP WIFE THIS IS A MAJOR CONCERN.

works as expected, except for rotating seat option.

Don't buy that seat. It is way over priced and hard to use. The side flaps are mostly in the way, not well designed. Buttons on control hard to push for weak fingers especially as you have to hold them down for a long time.
