The seat is too slippery, and someone without legs can't...
Easy to install Easy to get in to seat if good arm strength
It should not automatically recline as the seat goes down. The seat cushion should have some texture to it so the person doesn't slip off. If there had been video demo prior to purchase I could have seen all the specs. Disappointed in pre-customer service purchase. Did not get any help, because reps didn't know very much about product.

Doesn't allow relaxation in tub...doesn't lean back far enough for someone over 200 lbs. We did a dry run with dad in the living room fully clothed. I didn't know that it couldn't be returned. They said that because we opened the box, it couldn't be returned.
