Terrific
The ease in which I as the caregiver am able to operate and use it. I find it easy to put down and load the wheelchair or the scooter onto and have no problems with it.
The only weakness I have found is that we do have to be careful manuvering down or up driveways. We intend in the future to put airshocks onto our car to prevent this problem.

Not pushing a manual wheelchair!

He has more independence, won't try to walk and I was told the wrong hitch size, but I am very satisfied
Much easier than ramp to back of van.
Ease of loading/unloading scooter. Cost effective.
Very heavy to install in hitch. Must remove each time I have van washed. Requires two persons to do so. Handle on ramp is on the bottom when lowering it to pavement.

Quality, cost and ease of use is extraordinary.
Took a trip and drove in high winds, and the scooter rode well on the back of the SUV. Received it within 2 days after ordering; came in two packages and was easy to install. Will highly recommend this to others.
Have not found any weaknesses.

Sturdy and easy to manuver.
The ramp hinges hit the bottom frame of the scooter when putting the scooter off or on. If the hinges were a 1/4" lower it would be great!
