Everything about this product is good and meet all expectations.

Only weakness is that we have to leave it on all the time. It is too heavy for one person to keep putting it on and off. I wish I would have acquired the one that folds up.

The 3 inch edge all around so the chair has no chance to slip off the carrier.

It should come with two (2) cinch belts to tie the chair down for trips where faster speeds are used.

I like my new E Z Carrier, but I do wish it would fold up out of the way when not in use. It is very easy to use and east to slip onto the hitch.

It is heavy duty and easy to use.

I did not receive enough nuts for the bolts and bracket and the bolts on the bracket need to be tightened daily.

I am pleased that I have the E-Z Carrier for my power scooter. It is not difficult to use and enables me to load and unload in a couple of minutes.

Works great for what I need.

Could have a heavier gauge bottom, but that is about it.

There needs to be a better way to load this product to a vehicle. Maybe some wheels so that it is easier to put on vehicle. One can not always depend on someone else to help load the E-Z carrier when needed. Also the pin that locks the carrier on did not fit so we have had to change that. But I think it is a good product and will be helpful to us.
