Poor paint job, began to rust withing a few weeks
It is easy to use.
The paint job is of poor quality. I am going to have to take it to one of our suppliers and have it stripped and powder coated.

My wife has a small electric scooter that we take with us, but she is unable to take it out of any of our vehicles and assemble it.
NOT UNLESS I KNOW THEY HAVE THE STRENGTH OR MONEY TO HAVE...
CARRIES VERY EASILY AND LOADS & UNLOADS WITH EASE.

we are happy with the lift except the spring and pin...
not sure. we are just using it for a wheelchair(manual). the real test will come when I get a electric wheelchair

It is well built and was not hard to mount onto the car.
It needs wheels to support the weight keeping it up from the ground further so it won't drag on the concrete on a small hill.

There needs to be a better way to load this product to a vehicle. Maybe some wheels so that it is easier to put on vehicle. One can not always depend on someone else to help load the E-Z carrier when needed. Also the pin that locks the carrier on did not fit so we have had to change that. But I think it is a good product and will be helpful to us.
