Simplicity & function
Simplicity
awkward for a single women to manage to attach to the vehicle

It was very difficult to get the platform to fit my hitch. It is such a tight fit that it requires "man" strength to push it into the receiver.
Inexpensive Alternate to electric
Strong construction
It is exhibiting some rust in a short period of time. I will have to repaint

Nice quality on this product.
Nice apperance and enjoy the way it carries the wheel chair. It doesn't obstruck any mirrors or lights.
The ramp needs to be longer. Working at curb side it does just fine but, not on flat surfaces. I'm going to have a fold out installed on the ramp to make it longer for ease of use. We use a "Jazzy" electric wheel chair and the center drives are off the ground for loading on flat surfaces.

55 year old. Not totally confined to a wheel chair but has a electric one.
Excellent unit for price.
Power chair rides well when loaded. I use a small ratchet strap to restrain unit from airborne from bumps.
Power chair needs care when loading and unloading. Swivel wheels "front and back", needs attention, as no side rails are provided on ramp to keep unit from falling o off. Scooter users would probally have better control on ramp.

The description of the mounting bolt in the class 3 receiver is confusing. I still do not know where or not I should use the bolt or obtain a 5/8" pin. There should be flg for people driving behind you.
see above.

its strong and fit my car perfect.

Grandpa is 93...that says it all. He rides his scooter around the house but likes to go out as well...the lift is for taking him places.
