Is as advertised.
Good battery strength, heavy enough to not tip, gives a secure feeling.
Heavy for lifting into vehicle, even when broken down into five parts.

The machine slips out of drive on a fairly regular basis....
The product is relatively easy to put into my vehicle.
An easily detachable battery would make handling the unit much more practical.

I am the end-user. I am handicapped due to Guillain-Barré syndrome. I can walk but the scooter is extremely useful to me. Issues that I have with it a
Disappointed that Pride does not take pride in this scooter...
Very well made and easy to assemble and disassemble for travel.
Tips easily and has a clunking sound sometimes on hills. Lift points should be identified.

I am a 69 year old male with limited mobility due to a knee that constantly aches and twists occasionally.
Excellent scooter.
Easy to transport with the seat and battery case that can be taken off and the scooter alone easily goes into the trunk. The speed on low is perfect to ride besides someone walking. Very impressed with everything.
At this point I see none.

Ease of use.
Have not experienced any weaknesses yet.

88 years of age, difficulty walking long distances.
Great little scooter, but battery connector could be better.
Very maneuverable with a tight turning radius. Fast.
I have difficulty disconnecting battery from scooter: my husband uses a screwdriver on the latch. This is not quick or easy. The hard battery pack I has previously lifted off with one hand. I am disappointed in how the battery connector was designed.

I am 73, with MS. I use a scooter for all outdoor activity. We do not have a lift, so my husband, 73, lifts it in and out of the trunk.
