Very nice piece of equipment that makes my life easier.
I have an old bathtub on legs that is quite deep and this item works for me. It adjusts to varies heights, well costructed, and easy to trasfer and use.
Given the situation of my disability and the bathtub, I have not encountered any weaknesses.

Meets my needs
The ease in lowering the seat and getting it back up so I can get off.
I would like the seat to be lower into the tub as I must put so much water in to just get it past my ankles so it's almost like the portable seat that I can put into the tub or shower. Also, the edge where I sit to get my self into the middle looks like it might collapse at any time. The way my tub's side is that the edge of the chair does not completely cover the side of the tub. Otherwise, I am enjoying the ease of taking a bath using the chair to get into and out of the tub,

It exceeded my expectations
The Bellavita bathlift works smoothly and evenly. I feel secure on it.
If it develops any issues in the future, it has a warranty to back it up.

Makes you feel safe and the shower did not.
Easy to use, understand and set up. I had to have someone put it into the tub and I did the rest setting up.
With arthritis in my shoulder I would like to have a longer wire on the up down control. But I made do.

I am 76 years old. live alone, have several types of illnesses. Can hardly walk without help. I am so happy to take a good hot bath.
can finally get in the tub for a bath.
helps limited mobility people of getting back in the tub
the fold-down flaps should be longer to go over the end of the tub more, and the seat should be wider. The bathlift seems shaky and the person seemed afraid that it was going to collapse.

Great to have a bath without help again.
Ease of use and sturdiness
The weakness in the shape of my tub--would allow a fuller prone position in a tub that was square then oval. Also, my tub is a deep tub so lots of water coverage, which my be harder in a shallower tub.

This bath lift was worth every penny I paid for it--for the first time in two years I can get in and out of the tub without help, which is just a joy!
