75 YRS. SEVERE MOBILITY PROBLEMS
We bought the first chair in November 2007; loved it so...
VERY comfortable, easy to get in and out of and foot rest goes above heart level. I have one in the Brisa fabric and another in regular fabric. If I feel any swelling in my legs,I get in my chair and within an hour my legs are fine. I LOVE this chair and would recommend it to anyone.
Reclining is at a good speed. Coming back up could be just a little faster.

My mother has loved the chair...she practically lives in it. It has been a life saver for her and has allowed her to remain living at home.
chair works great
The main reason we bought this chair was the ability to sit upright with the feet elevated. Other chairs have to recline the back to get the feet up.
the right-angle plug into the transformer is odd, and looks susceptible to break.

My wife is 49 and has not been able to stand or walk for the past 6 years, due to MS.
Good quality but slow.
It appears to have excellent quality and workmanship.
It is very slow in raiseing but I understand why. I am very pleased with the chair.

On one of the chairs, the wires to the lift motor were very tight, I move the wire ties and reduced the tension which was about to cut into the wire jacket.

Love this chair!
Very comfortable, easy to get in and out of and the fact that you can raise your feet above your heart without having to put 2 or 3 pillows under your feet is great! It has helped the edema in my legs tremendously. Also, I am short and was having trouble finding an electric chair that "fit" me. Not only is it a great chair for me, but my husband who is 6' tall finds it very comfortable too.
Haven't found one yet.

It really helps him get out of the chair. Warmth is a great feature as he often gets chilled.
Letters on the hand held control could be larger. He needs to hold it far away or use reading glasses. One wire line under the chair is far to tight. I unscrewed the wire gromet and gave it a little more slack. It was so tight it was tearing the wire jacket.

Multiple hip replacements with serious bone grafting. My father is 82 and had a tough time getting out of his chair.
