Strengths: Heat and massage; adjustable sleep position

Weaknesses: Foot rest extension does not rise to level of foot rest; waste of money.

Reviewer: linda j. from indianapolis, in

User Details: 65 year old, replacement knee, female-uses lift feature the most

Strengths: The lift feature and zero gravity

Weaknesses: The stability isn't very good - rocks a lot, also sides are so open - it ate tv remote and my cordless phone yesterday; plus, my hands could fit down and retrieve items without much trouble so I still like it

Reviewer: lynette d. from sun city west, az

User Details: 68yr old female with multiple physical problems from a near death car accident. Bad neck, shoulders, back, hips, legs & feet. Has trouble standing, wa

Strengths: The quality seems to be very good so far. I'm hoping the motor will last my lifetime anyway. Delivery of the product was superior. It was here within 4 days. The fabric on it is very nice and should wear well I'm thinking.

Weaknesses: The design could be better to better fit the human body. This one the seat is too long and narrow. It should come with a cushion. I have to put a pillow on the back & a pillow on the seat because it is hard, like a rock. When I sit in it for awhile my neck hurts. I think they made it for a tall skinny person. Back is too high, seat too long & narrow. It would be better if it had a remote control where you could turn it on & off & adjust it like you want rather than having to plug it in and out all the time. I should have looked around more.

Reviewer: tania y. from perrysburg, oh (caregiver)

User Details: Bought for my father, a large man, apprx 300 lbs. , 80 years old. He has arthritis in his hips and shoulders, it causes much pain.

Strengths: Seems to be well made.

Weaknesses: A velcro batch ought to be on the chair arm for older people to attach the controls to so it does not drop and they can't get at it. Headrest attached pillow is not comfortable. I have sat in the chair and it's too much pillow and does not give proper nor comfortable support. Foot rest needs to come up higher while being able to keep back semi reclined to get circulation in legs and feet going but still sitting up somewhat. Color is rather ugly.
