great chair, I have no regrets
the ability to adjust the back and the seat seperately to many positions. My back feels great after I use the heat/vibrater option. It response fast to adjustments. The remotes are easy to use.
I have one issue with the chair, and that is the arm rests. Hardly any stuffing, I can feel the wood work. Maybe its because of the fabric I orderd.

Very comfortable, works perfectly for dystonia condition.
Recliner is quite comfortable; motor is quiet; ease of use of controls; footrest extension is a great option so feet are supported; heating option works great for those cold nights; massage option works wonders for muscle aches.

Very comfortable, easy to use.
Powerful enough for a large person.
The power converter has a loud annoying buzzing sound. I have asked for a replacement. Let's see what happens.

Good quality and comfort
We researched quite a few before we bought this one. Good quality, and the provided description is what we got! Heat and massage were an important feature. Also, the one concern we had was promptly addressed and the customer service is excellent.
Two different hand sets that are a bit confusing to use. Massage motor is a bit louder than we anticipated.

Mom is 85 and suffers from back and knee health issues.
very good recliner for people with mobility and edema...
The main strength is the fact that this model allows the user to raise her/his feet higher than her/his heart, which helps reduce swelling in the lower legs and feet.
Even though the chair has a high weight limit, I find the seat width and depth are a bit snug for me, and I am quite a bit under the stated weight limit. Also, the padding in the seat could be better, as I find it feels hard after sitting for more than an hour.
