The perfect solution to my mothers inability to get up and...
Dual Motors provide terrific array position choices. The chair is very comfortable providing excellent support. I also like the battery back-up which ensures my mother can get out of the chair when there is a loss of power.
Delivery! After purchasing in the door delivery, I had to make several calls to the delivery company to get them to provide the service I had paid for. Also the chair is very heavy and difficult to position, especially on carpet.

money well spent
Mom's new chair brings dignity, independence, and improved quality of life. Although Mom receives physical/occupational therapy at her nursing facility, none of their equipment/machines match what this chair provides for our Mom.
The lift button is a little too close to other buttons for people like our Mom who do not have nimble fingers.

Seems to be an excellent lift recliner; very sturdy
Its lifting height and power; massage unit; and zero gravity
requires way too much space behind recliner to fully recline, limiting the places it can be situated in a room; need to offer arm covers for the chair. Would buy those covers now if available.

85 yr old male father; on walker; very unstable on feet and very weak
This is my fourth one purchased. All have loved them.
Heat, zero gravity positioning, and ability to help them get out of the chair if they need it.
One of the chairs made an assembly issue and wire were bieing pinched and streatched. I fixed it myself. The third chair I purchased had a horrible experience with the delivery company. They are not anywhere in the same league as Spinlife. Chair is great, their service was terrible.

87 year old father in law. has circulation isues, weak heart, sore back.
Meets expectatioons
The number of positions, especially legs higher than heart.
None of product, husband's memory not good and he forgets which buttons to push at time.

Ordered for husband-86 years, unable to stand or walk. Chair also his bed as spinal stensis does not allow to lie down.
I would tell them to explore all their options first
The quality seems to be very good so far. I'm hoping the motor will last my lifetime anyway. Delivery of the product was superior. It was here within 4 days. The fabric on it is very nice and should wear well I'm thinking.
The design could be better to better fit the human body. This one the seat is too long and narrow. It should come with a cushion. I have to put a pillow on the back & a pillow on the seat because it is hard, like a rock. When I sit in it for awhile my neck hurts. I think they made it for a tall skinny person. Back is too high, seat too long & narrow. It would be better if it had a remote control where you could turn it on & off & adjust it like you want rather than having to plug it in and out all the time. I should have looked around more.
