84 year old mother that could no longer get out of the bathtub on her own. Had no problem getting in.
Polio 1953, saving shoulders getting out of tub
Does what I need help doing. Instead of pushing up on the side of the tub it now lifts me up to the side.
Wish I had a longer bathtub

Very good product.
Excellent product to increase independence, and well-built to promote safety in use.
A little jerky in going down and coming up. I'm well within the weight load too.

For anyone with mobility or strength issues, this is a life...
The ease of operation and the ability of the user to operate it up and down, with no help. The finishes don't stain the tub and though our acrylic tub does have a bit of texture on the floor,But the suction cups are adequate. We should have bought the 6' tub. Ours is 5 feet and it works fine, but you can't lay flat. Not the problem of the lift chair...the chair works flawlessly.
The chair itself is fine. I would suggest that a 6 foot tub is preferable. Also, an outside power source would be nice...as in no battery. The battery and power are fine, I'm just not fond of depending on batteries for ANYTHING.

58 year old female with osteoarthritis. She had a knee replacement and should have the other one done, but won't...not yet. The lift chair works GREAT
I love taking bubble baths.
The ability to rise up after lowering you into the tub.
I have not found any weakness in the bath tub lift.

I was unable to get out of the bath tub when I sat in it to take a bath. The bath tub lift now allows me to be able to take bubble baths again.
Excellent product. Well worth the money.
It's convenient, well constructed, easy to use and reliable. The best feature is not allowing the lift to go down if it cannot come up again.
The lift is a bit heavy for me to lift in and out of the tub, but I understand that it has to have weight in order for the mechanism to work properly.Other than that, it's great!

I am the caregiver for my 89 year old mother. Until now, she has not been able to bathe in the tub. Now, it is so easy using the Bellavita bath lift.
