Comfort and ease of use.
Fabric is excellent. Comfort is excellent. It is long enough so his feet don't hang over. The ability to raise it up or down to the heights that are required to help him get up. The aides don't break their backs trying to get him up. He takes his naps and has plenty of room to do so.
When reclined to a sleep position his arms have no place to rest. There is a large void between the arm rests and the chair.

Senior woman has some difficulty getting up
The Comforter PR-501 chair meets all my expectations.
The massage works great, haven't tried the heat since its been over 100 degrees. The lift works great.
The hooks for the controls are too far forward when reclined. The leg rests come up before the back reclines making adjustments a little more uncomfortable.

78 year old with a newly replaced left hip. The replaced hip made it very difficult to get up from a chair.
Very nice chair
Easy to get into and out of
Has to be very far away from the wall. I think this is a big issue. If I would have known this before, I would have looked for another product.
