I can't imagine how I got along without this chair, the...
The soft pillow when you lean back. The overall look, the softness of the material, all the 5 positions fit my use and are so easy to use, no noise. I could just go on and on.
I haven't found any.

Outstanding
Well-made and comfortable
Controller cables are cumbersome. Chair control has a coiled wire which is actually to short. The vibrator/heat control has a straight cord that is to long. A wireless controller for all functions would be ideal.

Fantastic! All that I hoped and more....
Ease of use and sooo comfortable. I've never had a chair even close to this one. There are so many positions that even with arthritis pain I can find a setting perfect for me every time.
Directions are clear and I ordered the white glove treatment so all questions were answered on the spot. I see no weaknesses. I imagine that those were worked out long before I received my treasure of a chair.

Karren has knee, back, and strength problrms. this chair is wonderful for her. The only problem is the cover for the head.
VERY GOOD PRODUCT
STABILITY, FINISH, SMOOTH OPERATION. VINYL FABRIC IS NICE.
THE LARGER CHAIRS SHIP IN A CONTAINER 43 INCHES SQUARE & DO NOT GO THRU A 36 INCH EXTERIOR DOOR. PLUS PRODUCT IS ASSEMBLED & MUST BE KNOCKED DOWN TO BRING INSIDE. HAD TO HIRE A HANDYMAN TO GET THIS CJAIR INTO MY HOME. SPINLIFE DID CREDIT ME THE INSIDE DELIVERY CHARGE AFTER I CALLED YOUR SERVICE LINE & EXPLAINED THE PROBLEMS. THANKS!

Golden chairs are the best!
Quiet operation, sturdy, not too soft and not too firm, easy to operate the controls. Love the heat option! Love the Brisa Velvet Cashmere fabric--definitely worth waiting for!
I wish that Golden made this chair with the same seat width as this one (or even an inch or two wider) but was made for those of us who are short (5'1"). If my feet are in the right position then my head doesn't reach the headrest. If my head is on the headrest then my heels do not hang over the footrest for proper support.
