It's perfect for disabled/elderly persons.

No weaknesses

Pops is 82yrs old, with limited mobility. He was very frightened to stand in the shower or even climb into the tub.
I like the quality of the product. It is only missing one...
The product is easy to use and reliable... easy to remove from the tub for cleaning or transporting
I feel the product could use safety harnesses, because if the person does not have any control of their legs it is easy to slide off the seat into the tub.

My son is almost 15 and has CP with spastic diplegia... relies on a wheelchair for mobility
Compact so it fits in small tub in small bathroom.

72 year old female with hip and total knee replacement and difficulty getting up and down in the tub. Love this chair.
Love it but wish it was easier to fold and remove from tub.
Construction quality and ease of use. Others use my bathroom so would be nicer if it were easier to fold and get out in one piece.
See above!

Cannot be happier, have not been in my tub in years and if you are in an apartment, you cannot change their bathroom and it's is so good for my health
A product that solves a problem for many oldsters.
Easy to assemble and use -- reliable and sturdy.
It's size. In a regular tub, it does not allow your legs to be straightened out. And at its lowest point, you are only submerged to about waist level. For my needs, where all I need is to be lifted up after bathing, I would like to have a backless seat that would possibly take up less room in the tub.

A 79 year old female whose knees won't lift me to get out of the bathtub.
Pleasant alternative to low-entry tubs
Enables patient to take a real bath without cost being prohibitive

Gives one the ability to bathe again.
Size in the tub does not lend itself to recline leisurely as baths have provided in the good old days. Just glad one exists.

Have not been able to bathe in a few years and this gave me back my one luxury that I missed so much. My only wish it was a better fit in the bathtub
Works great!!!
Feels safe and comfortable. Love it!
Only issue is it is a bit heavy to take in and out of tub so my husband can take a shower.

So far, I love this! I am in a chair full time, and for 2 years I have only been able to take showers.
Not easily used by user.

Doesn't allow relaxation in tub...doesn't lean back far enough for someone over 200 lbs. We did a dry run with dad in the living room fully clothed. I didn't know that it couldn't be returned. They said that because we opened the box, it couldn't be returned.
