Mid 80's woman who spends 24 hours a day in chair due to inability to use legs.
Great chair for anyone regardless of health status.
Flexibility in adjustments and overall comfort. It seems to be constructed well and the controls for the chair adjustments as well as the heat and massage features work well. I would like a longer cord for the basic chair controls. Is there an extension available for this cord or is there a reason it is so much shorter than the heat/massage control ? It would be nice if those two controls could be somehow sandwiched to each other to form one unit. I realize they are two different controls, but I usually use both and it is not convenient to fumble with two separate devices. I had actually rubber banded them to each other when I first received the chair, but now I have the massage unit attached to a lamp near the chair and the other rests on a table next to the chair. There should be a better solution to this issue. It is not as well thought out as the other aspects of the chair. I do not mean to complain. I love the chair. I just feel that the control components need some more re-engineering as it relates to user friendliness !!
The chair adjustment cord is too short and I do not like the velcro flap on the back. I have cats and it is too easy for them to hide under the chair mechanism. I worry that they will get trapped as I start to use the chair. There surely is a better way to seal this area on a piece of equipment. Another area of concern is the flap of material on the headrest section. It would be SO MUCH BETTER if the used could remove it for cleaning. I love the idea of the flap, but it is sewed to the chair. That makes it impossible to remove it for cleaning. Here is where you should use the velcro to attach it so I can clean it as it gets dirty or soiled from the daily accumulation of hair oils, hair spray etc. It would be a simple area to correct. I have covers for the armrests for the same reason. It would be nice if they had velcro attachment points to keep them in place. I like the fact that they are easily removed for cleaning. The head rest material should work the same way.

Does not sit straight with the foot raised.
sally g. from dripping springs, tx
I was disappointed that the chair won't sit up straight with the foot rest. Most positions lean too far back.
Perfect firmness for paraplegic needs.
Not too firm or too soft. Materials are of great quality.
None for me
