Second identical chair I got from you, that tells it all.
very comfortable
the new remote itself, especially the coiled cord. It weighs way more than the remote. You can't place it on a table, ie nightstand, or on the arm rest, falls off. If the chair is up right you can put it in the pocket. If the chair is extended the only choice is to stuff it between you and the chair.

The chair is a little big for me but it is fairly...
The chair lifts you so you can easily stand up on your worst days. It does not have wheels so getting up is simple. I like the overall feel of the chair it is easy to adjust when my back pain needs just a little move one way or another. This is the first chair (have had many others) that did not give me fear of having electric cord cut by chair.
I wish the fabric behind the pillows was the same color as the pillows instead of white or off white. It would be nice to have some type of control pocket or holder near the arms of the chair instead of just the large pocket where they plug in because if I accidently unplug a control I have to call for assistance when alone. I used a Knit giant safety type pin to keep the controls within my reach. At times the control for heat and vibrate slide long away and I must be careful to be sure the control is at the end of the wire I am gently pulling closer to me.

Paid for a top end chair. Seems to be that.
Ease of operation and comfort.
I need it to boost me to standing position. Would be good to have a one stroke button to return it to "park". You have to stand and hold the remote to get it back looking like a chair.

well made and works as advertised.
More positions than a basic lift chair.
Remote control could have a longer cord.

have multiple sclerosis, non ambulatory, transfer into chair from power chair and then easily back into power chair by using the lift function
Control cord is not long enough
She says it is extremely comfortable. The arms are a little high for her and she can't reach table where she has her necessary items.
No real weaknesses with the exception of the control cord.

My wife is 78, has arthritis all over, and is in her chair at all times except for bathroom and showering.
Could be better
Fabric cleans well with damp cloth Size is good fit to keep my husband in correct sitting position
Noisy when lifting to standing position, does not raise as far as old chair. Control not easy to use and slower
