FREE Standard Shipping
Standard ground shipping is FREE for all orders $50 and over in the continental United States. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional shipping charges. Most orders ship via Federal Express or UPS and arrive on your doorstep within 3-5 business days.
Some items may take longer to arrive. They include:
Quick-Ship Lightweight Wheelchairs will arrive within 4-6 business days (all Quick-Ship lightweight wheelchairs are labeled as Quick-Ship). Custom Lightweight wheelchairs will take 6-10 business days to arrive. They will arrive fully assembled, although you may need to slip on the removable legrests.
Custom ultra-lightweight wheelchairs will take 2-5 weeks to arrive depending on the manufacturer. Wheelchairs from Sunrise Medical, Invacare, Top End, and TiLite generally take about 1 week to produce and 1 week to ship via either UPS or FedEx. They come fully assembled, although you may need to slip on legrests or similar attachments. Wheelchairs from Colours can take up to 5 weeks to arrive. Please call about specific delivery times for your order.
Lift chairs can take from 5 business days to 4 weeks to arrive depending on the model, fabric and options you have selected. Specific fabric choices that are "In Stock" are noted in the color selection area, and leave the warehouse within 2 business days. Any lift chair ordered with heat and/or massage options will take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Other custom chairs, such as heavy duty models, can also take from 3-4 weeks to arrive. Again, please call customer service for a specific delivery time. In most cases, we can check inventory to see if the specific model that you want is in stock. Lift chairs are delivered via freight carrier. The freight carrier will call you to arrange a specific delivery time once the lift chair is at their facility in your area.
Most travel, folding and standard power wheelchairs leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days. Custom chairs with non-standard seat sizes or other custom options can take from 1-2 weeks to arrive, depending on the manufacturer. Travel power wheelchairs and folding power wheelchairs are delivered via UPS or Fedex, and do not require a signature. Full-size power wheelchairs are delivered via freight carrier. The freight carrier will call you to arrange a specific delivery time once the lift chair is at their facility in your area.
Travel scooters ordered by 2 pm ET Monday through Friday will ship the same day via Fedex, or UPS, and will usually arrive in 3-5 business days. Most medium to full-sized Pride Mobility or Drive Medical scooters are delivered within 6-10 business days. The selection of some accessories on full-sized Pride Scooters, such as special seating sizes, flat-free tires, lighting packages, or turn signal packages, are considered custom orders and will take from 1-3 weeks to leave the warehouse. Pacesaver scooters are built to order, and take approximately 2 weeks to leave the warehouse. All medium or full size scooters are delivered via freight carrier. The freight carrier will call you to arrange a specific delivery time once the scooter is at their facility in your area.
Handcycle shipment times vary significantly by product. Invacare handcycles take approximately 3-5 weeks for delivery. Most Quickie handcycles can be delivered within 2 weeks. Like with anything, there are exceptions to these guidelines. Occasionally a handcycle will ship sooner than expected, and other times features and options selected may slow down the manufacturing time. Either way we will update you to make sure you have the most accurate delivery information available.
Some items require freight delivery. They include:
Large scooters, lift chairs, power wheelchairs (other than travel and folding power chairs), scooter and wheelchair lifts, patient lifts, beds, standing frames, stair lifts, pool lifts, and some non-folding wheelchairs will arrive via a freight company in 5-7 business days from when they leave the manufacturer. The freight company will contact you when the item has arrived at the freight facility in your area to schedule a specific delivery time convenient for you.

Second Day & Overnight Shipping
Second Day and Overnight Shipping is available on many items on SpinLife.com. You can receive an exact expedited rate to your shipping zip code on the product's information page or from the Shopping Cart.
Which Items Can Be Expedited?
To determine whether an item is eligible for expedited shipping, please locate the Shipping information box on the product's information page (see right). Items that include the Expedited Shipping text and View Rate button can be expedited.
Expedited Shipping Rates
Simply enter the shipping zip code to see the rates for expedited shipping on the product. Please note that the rate provided on the product page is for the base item only and any accessories or options may increase the charges in your Shopping Cart.
You may view the expedited rates for all items in your Shopping Cart by entering the shipping zip code in the Shipping Options box at the bottom of the Cart.
Important Expedited Shipping Information
Please be aware that most products ship directly from the manufacturer. Selecting Second Day or Overnight Shipping will expedite the delivery of your products once they are ready to ship, but will not shorten the production or processing time (noted in the Leaves Warehouse In section of the Shipping information box above). Expedited shipping is available for delivery Monday thru Friday only. Please call to arrange for Saturday delivery as it involves additional costs and is not available on all items.

White Glove Delivery
With White Glove Delivery, a premium delivery option available on some items, your new product is delivered into your home at a time that you schedule, set up and tested in the place you request and all packaging materials are removed.
White Glove Delivery is perfect for people who prefer additional assistance in the delivery of their new lift chair, scooter or power wheelchair. SpinLife strongly suggests White Glove Delivery for people purchasing products to be delivered to out-of-town family members or friends who may need assistance getting their product into their home, unpacked and set up.
White Glove Delivery Details
Here is what you can expect with White Glove Delivery:
Your product will be shipped from the manufacturer to a local agent in your area.
The agent will inspect the product to ensure it has arrived in perfect condition and functions properly.
The agent will contact you to schedule a deliver time for your item.
At the designated delivery time, the agent will:
bring your new mobility product into your home
unpack it completely
set it up where you request
test it to ensure that everything is functioning properly
remove any packaging materials
White Glove Delivery Cost
The cost for White Glove Delivery varies and is clearly listed on each product page.
Please note: White Glove Delivery generally adds 5-7 days to the total delivery time of your item. This time may be extended further or unavailable in certain remote and rural areas.

By selecting Inside Delivery, an upgraded delivery option available on some products, you item will be delivered by a freight carrier and brought inside your home (ground-level only). The carrier will call you directly to schedule a convenient time for delivery.
The freight carrier cannot carry your lift chair up any stairs nor will they unpack the lift chair to fit through doors. To ensure that Inside Delivery is an option for you, please measure the door to your home (ground-level) to ensure that it is at least 36" wide (the standard width of the box).
If your doorway is not large enough to accomodate a box of this size, please consider White Glove Delivery.
