This is a great chair for sleeping in, moves fast up and down. This chair's cushioning is much more push then previous version I had.

Would be nice to have the option of a less complicated remote. An extra wireless remote would be nice too. It would be nice for the lifting part to go up even more so you can stand into the chair and lower it quickly.

Comfort and ease of use.  We also noticed that with this reclining chair the base is always covered unlike others. 

Honestly I don’t see a weakness. It is more expensive than the other reclining chairs but the quality is hands above the others.

Very comfortable for sleeping.  Can get into any position. 

Little slow going to the up position, but not enough to be annoying.

It feels very high quality and sturdy and that's what you want in a lift chair, but most of all it is so comfortable. The mechanics are smooth and strong.

The only thing I can think of and this is just nitpicking the head rest could be thicker and more fluffy.

The chair has a very nice fabric. The remote has many options for many different positions which is nice if you have medical issues.  

The seat portion of this chair is not flat.  More rounded on the sides.  This is a negative for me.  Having just had back surgery this actually hurts my back.  I cannot use this chair to sit in. I recommend if you purchase a chair sit in it before the delivery people leave.
