Unless you go back to the old straight brake levers.
Back pocket is a must have!
The change in the shape of the brake levers. They catch on everything. Also makes it harder to get out of the trunk of the car. A real pain for doorways. GO BACK TO THE STRAIGHT LEVER!! Your customer service is fine but, I know that you are just the distributor but I have a message for the manufacturer!! Before you place the chair in the carton for shipping, PLEASE HAVE IT SOMEONE TEST THE BRAKES! I had to use both hands and all my strength to try to engage the brake. And to disengage it. I could not use the chair for a week until I was able to get my son to adjust the brake levers so that they worked properly.

I am 89 years old, tith heart disease and now 3rd degree kidney failure. By using the use of a wheel chair (with a caregiver pusher) I am shopping
Well made chair for the price.
Heavy duty but still easy to maneuver. The only thing I change is I put pneumatic tires on it. I can unload load a 50 pound of feed and not worry about overloading chair. With the pneumatic tires I can get around outside good.
Wish it came with pneumatic tires and pop off rear wheels and maybe wider front casters.

My sister uses this wheelchair and she chose the same model she had before because it is well-built and easy to move around especially in tight corner
