Comfortable, durable (so far) and light
self-inflating, easy to deflate, light but stiff enough
Must always face in the same direction. I wish I could rotate it.

I have one paralyzed leg and the paralysis extends to my left buttock. I have had pressure sores in the past.
Excellent product but it will not work for my needs.
Excellent quality
It does not have a firm base that I was use to having and the hump in the front middle to separate the legs is difficult for me to transfer over.

WIFE USES THE PRODUCT. SHE HAS MS.
Perhaps making baffles inside the cushion where a baffle...
Prevents skin breakdowns.
The weakness is how often we have to replace the cushion. Perhaps making baffles like a waterbed to put inside the cover where if you got a hole in a baffle, you could replace the baffled for a fraction of the cost of a whole cushion. I know that is not what you want to hear because I am sure the bottom line is profit, but people with disabilities pay so much for alternative equipment. It's time they get a break.

My son uses this cushion in his wheelchair. He has tried several over the years and always goes back to this one. I just wish they would last longer.

This is my second cushion and is durable if you take care of them, no sharp objects as the are gel/air.
I did order this 1 inch larger than my chair.

Mother had a massive CVA. She is in a wheelchair almost 24/7. It seems to make her sit up straighter and not lean to her right side.
