Five control zones allow adjusting to perfect comfort.
The five zones of control. The Coffee Bean Brisa fabric.
Unfortunately, the heat & massage unit is useless. Do not spend $300+ on that.

The chair is awesome. The best back support ever!. I have edema in my legs and twilight positioning is the best.
I had to get used to the new format on the remote, but it was pretty easy to operate.

No heat or massage controls but everything else is great!
5 motors to control different parts of body. Also having battery recharging constantly. Had electricity go off the day after delivery of chair and it worked great, other chair I had would only work to get chair in position and battery was used up. Love the other controls for neck, lumbar, twilight, TV etc. Fabric of chair is soft but durable and color Blends in with other furniture.
Does not include heat and massage components on this top of line model

Lady 80 years with back and hip problems can rest comfortably in chair to get sleep. Love the neck and lumbar controls!! No heat or massage feature!
Great Features for reclining.
Well built and versatile. Can always get my feet above my heart.
Bumpy mechanically. No USB outlet or good place to store things like the tv remote.

I am 82 years old. 368 pounds. Great features a little bumpy in execution. Harder to get out than previous chairs but I manage.
Wonderful Infinite position lift chair
The multiple positions help with my neck and back pain. I sleep in it often as I cannot lay flat.
The color sand is so much lighter than expected. It is really white. Now I need to keep it covered in sheets to keep it clean. Since I sleep and eat in it and color so light I believe I can ruin it easily.

This lift chair is amazing… i have a bad neck and back and the adjustments help reduce pain
Nice chair but has to be recalibrated too often.
Capable of raising legs high for better circulation to feet.
Loses calibration. Had to recalibrate about 6 times since it arrived. I connected the chair through a UPS so it would not lose power, yet it often loses full range of motion necessitating recalibration. Getting a bit annoying.

Recommend for those needing to change positions frequently.
The cloud maxicomfort is comfortable and allows me to independently change position frequently.
I find the controls to be intuitive and have already needed to reset the remote.

I'm 53 and was diagnosed with ALS in May 2022. My legs don't work beyond transfers and I'm either in my reclining chair or wheelchair.
Love my chair.
It is super comfortable & easy to operate,
Does not have a built in cup holder & phone charger.

I use the cloud PR-515 as a recliner & a bed. I love my chair! It is comfortable. The only thing, I wish it had a built in cup holder & phone charger.
Great mechanical features, but poor quality control.
**Elevated foot rest resolved swollen feet/ankles in one day. **Memory positions on remote. **Supremely comfortable.
**Factory's quality control (probably covid related). Button in tufting popped loose, distorting shape of backrest (nicely resolved with backrest replacement and service call).

6'2" 83-year old male with peripheral neuropathy (feet), and chronic lumbar pain.
Almost a perfect fit for my needs.
I love the ability to raise my legs above heart level and to be able to fine tune the head and lumbar support. The size of the seat is perfect for my body. Even without the straight lift, it works for me because of my height.
