Love my chair.
It is super comfortable & easy to operate,
Does not have a built in cup holder & phone charger.

I use the cloud PR-515 as a recliner & a bed. I love my chair! It is comfortable. The only thing, I wish it had a built in cup holder & phone charger.
Great mechanical features, but poor quality control.
**Elevated foot rest resolved swollen feet/ankles in one day. **Memory positions on remote. **Supremely comfortable.
**Factory's quality control (probably covid related). Button in tufting popped loose, distorting shape of backrest (nicely resolved with backrest replacement and service call).

6'2" 83-year old male with peripheral neuropathy (feet), and chronic lumbar pain.
Almost a perfect fit for my needs.
I love the ability to raise my legs above heart level and to be able to fine tune the head and lumbar support. The size of the seat is perfect for my body. Even without the straight lift, it works for me because of my height.

Worth the price
Multiple adjustments make it easy to find the best comfort position for sitting or sleeping.
I am concerned about the back of the seat where it meets the upright back losing cushioning over time.

Comfortable and easy to use
Strengths are: the battery back-up, offering sizes to fit individuals and being able to adjust various parts of the chair.
My only issue is that the chair rises a little when the chair is adjusted, without reclining, and then feet don't always reach the floor.

The person who uses this chair is in their 60's and had back problems which make is difficult to sleep in bed. This chair is comfortable for sleeping
Tricky setting the lumbar for me.
When I get the chair set for me, it is very comfortable and relaxing. I would recommend this chair for everyone.
When moving between positions there is some clunking, and I wish I could raise the footrest without the back reclining a little. This is why I gave the two 4 ratings.

I'm 73, with a spinal fusion of L3, 4 AND 5. I have constant pain from my neck to my toes. I am also the caregiver for my wife who has PPMS.
A great support for back & legs are
It’s a neat chair, but it is bigger than I thought. With the size & inches from the wall, it would look better in a den rather than the living room.
Since I believe this is MY chair for many years, I wish head & arm protectors were included. Can you order them after the sale?
